LPA's are complex legal documents which should be completed with other knowledge of other laws (Land and Trust law) to ensure they are correct the first time (200,000 rejections in 2021). An LPA is a 20 page legal document that enables trusted individuals to help manage the financial and personal welfare affairs for somebody who is unable to do so themselves. Family members and/or close friends usually act as 'attorneys'.
